Food Excellent, customer service the worst I have ever experienced in my 63 years on this earth. I was told I would be receiving a credit for the value of a full rack of ribs and then received a phone call at home that they changed their mind and they would only be giving me a credit for 1/2 rack of ribs. Guess I was worth more to them yesterday than I am today. Now thats what I call feeling valued !!! Bye Bye Swiss Chalet
I've never had an issue with Swiss Chalet, they always deliver exactly what I asked for and in a timely matter. And the delivery is just as good as the food they're serving in the restaurant. Perhaps some of you are over-exaggerating
your experiences a little, as people do get a little crazy when they're hungry.
I went to the swiss chalet today at noon with my 4 month old grandson and was treated very nastly by your seater.I was told that I could not bring a small stroller into the dining area. She could have handed the way she said it alot nicer, She put us in the back so that he would not be in the way.What do you do with people in wheel chairs? I guess you put them in the bathroom to eat. We should have just left but i guess you learn from experience. I will never be back!
